Barre Workout by Willy Shives

The Barre Workout is designed to keep you fit, toned and conditioned in an hour or less in your home, studio, or personal space.

All that is required is a ballet barre/handrail or chair for balance, minimal space for movement, and workout mat or carpeted surface for core work and stretching.

Some of the barre exercises on the video may need to be repeated on the second side. You can freely stop, pause or playback to review or repeat exercises. All exercises in the program can be modified to meet your training level or degree of comfort.
